The Sexton is a well-balanced single malt Irish whiskey which has been created by master distiller Alex Thomas and is made with 100% Irish malted barley. It is triple distilled before being aged in ex-oloroso sherry casks, giving it a rich, fruity character with notes of honeycomb.
